2nd Course

Roasted Sweet Potato Salad w/a variety of local sweet potatoes, crispy bacon, local vegetables & candied pecan vinaigrette (Paired with Firelands Gewurztraminer)

3rd Course

Glazed Local Turkey with roasted Brussels Sprouts, Stewart’s Farm’s heirloom carrots and cornbread & sausage stuffing (Paired with Seaglass Pinot Noir)

4th Course

Pumpkin Cake with salted caramel glaze, bourbon whipped cream & candied pecan ice cream (Paired with Villa M Moscato)
